2. Products and Services

Aqua Nabat specializes in:

• Planted aquariums and fish bowls
• Live aquatic plants
• Aquarium equipment and accessories
• Subscription services for plant and supply refills

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is error-free.

3. Live Plant Policy

Due to the nature of live aquatic plants:

• Plants may vary slightly in size, color, and appearance from photos
• Some plants may arrive in their emersed (above-water) form and will transition to submersed growth
• Proper acclimation and care are required upon receipt
• We guarantee live arrival; plants that arrive dead will be replaced or refunded
• Claims for dead-on-arrival plants must be made within 24 hours with photo evidence

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to:

• Modify prices at any time without prior notice
• Correct pricing errors if discovered before shipment
• Limit quantities of any product

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms:

• We ship within Saudi Arabia and to select international destinations
• Live plants are shipped with priority to minimize transit time
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Additional fees may apply for remote areas or expedited shipping

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy:

• Live Plants: Non-returnable once shipped, except for dead-on-arrival claims
• Aquariums: May be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging
• Equipment: May be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return

7. Subscription Terms

For subscription services:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice

2. المنتجات والخدمات

تتخصص أكوا نبات في:

• أحواض السمك المزروعة وأحواض الأسماك
• النباتات المائية الحية
• معدات وإكسسوارات أحواض السمك
• خدمات الاشتراك لتجديد النباتات والمستلزمات

يتم تقديم جميع أوصاف المنتجات والصور والمواصفات بحسن نية. نسعى جاهدين للدقة ولكن لا يمكننا ضمان خلو جميع المعلومات من الأخطاء.

3. سياسة النباتات الحية

نظراً لطبيعة النباتات المائية الحية:

• قد تختلف النباتات قليلاً في الحجم واللون والمظهر عن الصور
• قد تصل بعض النباتات في شكلها الهوائي (فوق الماء) وستنتقل إلى النمو المغمور
• يلزم التأقلم والعناية المناسبة عند الاستلام
• نضمن الوصول الحي؛ سيتم استبدال أو استرداد النباتات التي تصل ميتة
• يجب تقديم مطالبات النباتات الميتة عند الوصول خلال 24 ساعة مع دليل مصور

4. التسعير والدفع

يتم عرض جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي (SAR) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. نحتفظ بالحق في:

• تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق
• تصحيح أخطاء التسعير إذا تم اكتشافها قبل الشحن
• تحديد كميات أي منتج

يجب إتمام الدفع وقت الشراء. نقبل بطاقات الائتمان الرئيسية وطرق الدفع الأخرى المعروضة عند الدفع.

5. الشحن والتوصيل

شروط الشحن:

• نشحن داخل المملكة العربية السعودية وإلى وجهات دولية مختارة
• يتم شحن النباتات الحية بالأولوية لتقليل وقت النقل
• أوقات التسليم تقديرية وغير مضمونة
• ينتقل خطر الفقدان إليك عند التسليم للناقل
• أنت مسؤول عن تقديم معلومات شحن دقيقة
• قد تنطبق رسوم إضافية على المناطق النائية أو الشحن السريع

6. الإرجاع والاسترداد

سياسة الإرجاع لدينا:

• النباتات الحية: غير قابلة للإرجاع بمجرد شحنها، باستثناء مطالبات الوصول ميتة
• أحواض السمك: يمكن إرجاعها خلال 7 أيام إذا كانت غير مستخدمة وفي العبوة الأصلية
• المعدات: يمكن إرجاعها خلال 14 يوماً إذا كانت غير مفتوحة وفي حالتها الأصلية
• تكاليف شحن الإرجاع على حساب العميل ما لم يكن المنتج معيباً
• ستتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة خلال 7-10 أيام عمل من استلام الإرجاع

7. شروط الاشتراك

لخدمات الاشتراك:

• يتم تجديد الاشتراكات تلقائياً في نهاية كل فترة فوترة
• يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت قبل تاريخ التجديد التالي
• يسري الإلغاء في نهاية فترة الفوترة الحالية
• لا توجد مبالغ مستردة لفترات الاشتراك الجزئية
• نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أسعار الاشتراك مع إشعار قبل 30 يوماً

8. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات على هذا الموقع، بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والشعارات والرسومات والبرامج، هي ملك لأكوا نبات ومحمية بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية. لا يجوز لك إعادة إنتاج أو توزيع أو استخدام محتوانا دون إذن كتابي.

9. سلوك المستخدم
